First off, my apologies to the Hosts; GM Magesh and Phil Dennis, for not being there. This pulled muscle all down my and up into my back finally loosened up enough for me last night to sleep for about 13 hours with help of Aleve and my daily meds, so when I woke up and saw 12:30 PM, I was thrown aback by it and I knew I had probably missed the show, which I am sure was awesome. I haven't gone back to watch it yet.

Today began Round 4 of the 6-game friendly classical match between Levon Aronian and Vladimir Kramnik, two of the field of 8 that will be playing in 2013's Candidates Tournament, which finally, includes Magnus Carlsen.

So before I go on a tangent about *last year's* Candidates tourney, here is the PGN for their game 4 duel:

But, as they went below the three hour limit for a full game, part of the added fun of this match is that they would play a rapid game to please the fans and spectators. The rapids though, don't play part in the final score which now stands at 2-2 with two games left.

       Here is the rapid:

So the score stands at 2 points a piece with Game 5 Chess.com/TV coverage coming at you Friday, April 27th, at the usual start time of 7 AM Pacific/10 AM Eastern/3 PM London time, hosted by GM Melik Khachiyan and FM Kostya Kavutskiy. That show is open to ALL MEMBERS!!

       See you all there!

Phil: I should be OK in another day or so. Getting around is not easy so I'm using my hiking/walking stick when I need to. Since 2000 I have had repetitious problems of the back and the right leg because of my job at The Sports Authority. But moreso after getting hit by a car as a pedestrian about 4 years ago. Fun times.  Cool

Yes I usually try to get the PGNS, show recaps and things of that sort up in the TV Group, the public forums and now to get more attention for the group and Chess.com/TV in general, my blog.  Cool

       -Mark
