Attacking the king through the e-file

For an uncastled king the e file is obvious the most dangerous file.The rooks with queen could perform some powerful attacks.But how you can penetrate through the e file?Sometimes you have to open lines by sacrificing a pawn(s) other times sacrifice the bishop at the e6 square opening the opponents king defense or the knight at the d5 with the same result.

Move 8 instead of Nxe5 why not dxe5? this would have changed the play and final out come

They aren't 100% accurate but they're all good games (except the first, lol)
