This endgame is hardly ever reached, and for the purpose of simplicity, we will ignore all other pieces on the board. However, this 'endgame' is not really an endgame in that it is a position that is reached very often; but you can use the technique here to force an easy draw if you are the side on the defence. Let's take a look! (The lesson will be in a puzzle format, so you can learn actively. I found this helpful when the writers from chess.com do their articles; it helps me retain information.);
