If you would like to talk to the other admins in real-time, you now can! It is private, and you don't need to pass on any personal information whatsoever to anyone.
Do the following:

In the top white box, it says "Server | Auth | Charset". Click "Server". Then type in the following information in the following boxes:
Server: irc.tty2.org:+6697Nick: Pick a nickname you like, Chess.com username would be usefulChannel: #countychess
Then click Go. And you'll join. It's that simple. Hopefully, real time communication would speed things up a bit. :-)
