I am having a problem with Cheshire at the moment with regards to team participation and I am at a loss as to what to do.

I am constantly asking members to sign up but this is typical to what I am getting:

I wouldn't mind Cad but this is the 3rd Cheshire team thats been created and still they join the team but won't join matches

Without wanting to be too specific, there are other teams with similar disparities between team numbers and team participation, and it is frustrating.
