Really, when I plays Chess game my heart always alerts me to do minimise mistakes and therefore my heart beats always increases.

Yes Smile. The heart beats, the pulses race and sweat can even break out on the brow. Chess is also one of the most mentally frustrating games. A line of play may work brilliantly with one opponent but flops dismally against another. You can go in with all brain synapses firing, thinking it's going to be your day. Alas, just your luck that your irresistible force meets with an an immovable object on that day.

You can gnash your teeth, tear out your hair, scream with all your might, but you're guaranteed to be back at the keyboard, sooner if not later, heart pumping, breathing getting heavier, for another round of sado-masochism. Chess is an addiction that is too powerful to resist.  And we're all gone cases.

................. that happens to me afte a soccer match.................. lol but no I guess I'm not as dedicated as you guys, I find chess relaxing even when losing, hey Annieu I'm from Bengal : )
