Please excuse me for poor english.

I have an ipad 2 and installed chess.com app on it.

I can play online, tactics, videos and computer but when select live it say "connecting" and then " reconnecting" it show advertise but can't connect to the live chess. I upgarde my app 2 times and update my ios to the latest version. Several times uninstall and reinstall the app but problem also exist.

Please help me. Thanks a lot.
