There is a Chinese Variation in Pirc Defense - 1.e4 d6 2.d4 Nf6 3.Nc3 g6 4.Be2 Bg7 5. g4?!

invented by the famous Chinese player Wenzhe, Liu(刘文哲)

Liu Wenzhe - Jan Hein Donner
1. e4 d6 2. d4 Nf6 3. Nc3 g6 4. Be2 Bg7 5. g4 h6 6. h3 c5
7. d5 O-O 8. h4 e6 9. g5 hxg5 10. hxg5 Ne8 11. Qd3 exd5
12. Nxd5 Nc6 13. Qg3 Be6 14. Qh4 f5 15. Qh7+ Kf7 16. Qxg6+
Kxg6 17. Bh5+ Kh7 18. Bf7+ Bh6 19. g6+ Kg7 20. Bxh6+ 1-0
Note: this game was the first time, a Chinese chess player beat a GrandMaster in the history.

KPMG ? are you from KPMG 毕马威, the CPA firm ?

you could use the icon of "insert position or game" on the toolbar to  show the game.

I'm a graduate student and just recieved KPMG offer half a month before.

So, I will take part in KPMG next year :-)

These days I just need to stay in the university and enjoy the last happy moment in school and prepare the next year's CPA exams :-(

I think no one will take 9...Nb4 .They will choose9...Bc5.At least 9...Nxe4 or 9...Qxe4.

The first game's opening,it's a little strange.I don't think its a good opening.

Qe2 puzzled me,and black shouldn't reply Bd6,this is not good move,it block his d pawn from advancing.

Nin hao!

I know another opening that is named Chinese Dragon. A Sicilian Defense variation:

1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 dxc4 4. Nxd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 g6 6.Be3 Bg7 7.f3 0-0 8.Qd2 Nc6 9.Bc4 Bd7 10.0-0-0 Rb8 ... Or with some modification we can have 9. 0-0-0 Rb8 ...

The general form is that: Black responds to White's queenside's castling by Rb8. I used it once against PC and I won.
