The Burlington Chess Club has a links page with clubs in Ontario.

The Chess Federation of Canada also has pages with chess clubs in Toronto and Ontario.

Best run club has to be Scarborough Chess Club...scarboroughchessclub.ca games are G90 on Thursdays, with U1700 and Open sections...about 65~ members including five or six masters on any given night.
