They are actually two different football clubs. FC Utd started after the Glaziers took over at Man Utd; FCUM are a club owned by the fans and safe from capitalism. Whether we agree with them or not, it does make them safe from administration due to how the club is run - always making sure they spend no more than they can afford and not becoming dependent on changeable market conditions or becoming reliant on future footballing success.

Obviously we will need to specifically introduce a league rule along the lines of; 'no member may represent more than one team in this competition', which may apply to MUFC and FCUM, and potentially Bristol/Arsenal, etc.
