Corrupt Officials

Even the Colts fans know that the refs gift wrapped that win for them. Here's what a few are saying on the Colt's message board: "Texans got hosed. This is one of those games that I feel bad about the Colts winning. Don't get me wrong. I want to see the Colts win, but I want to see them win legitimately." "I feel the same. Half of those penalties were terrible calls. How do you expect JJ Watt to suddenly break the laws of gravity and keep himself from falling onto Orlovsky?" "Stupid penalties against the Texans...as in the calls were stupid, not taking the penalty" "I don't think the refs want the Colts to have the #1 pick." "well, we may win this one, but the refs sure helped us out." "Even as a Colts fan, I can say half of these flags are uncalled for" "uhh...that was a penalty?" Thank you NFL officials, for taking away our chances at a first round bye, and for making us the laughing stock of the NFL. Nobody is going to look at this for what really happened, as a game the refs won for the Colts; all their going to see is the L for the Texans against a 1-13 team. I'm really starting to question the integrity of the NFL.

The officiating was absolutely embarrassing. And, of course, funny how they could nit pick every little thing the Texans did but couldn't see flagrant pass interference or facemasks or penalties against the Texans.

The NFL should be embarrassed to see how pour the referees performed on a national stage as the premiere game of the week.

Of course, the Texans have some of their share of blame. I thought the offensive line looked absolutely horrible. They couldn't block anyone. The defensive lineman were getting into the backfield so fast they were racing the running backs to get the handoff! You are not going to win many games when you offensive line performs that poorly.
