Hi all just asking about advice aroubnd end games regardinf pawns if any one has any pointers?

what other pieces are there? just king and pawns?

if you follow my advice, chances are you will win every endgame...be careful!...GOOD LUCK!  seriously though, every tempo counts.  actually you should have a plan when trading into a king with pawns vs king with pawns endgame before you even get to the endgame.  make sure your setup is better than your opponents and you have a clear plan before you trade off your pieces into the "safety" of an advantageous endgame.  of course you could always pick up a good book like rubin fine's endgame manual, its the bible of endgame theory (its widely read by people all over the world, its misused and misinterpreted, some of its true, some of its outdated but uncorrected because its dogma, and it gives great lessons on how to live life [play endgames] )
