On another group's forum, our own PWoC contributor and friend, 17000mph, has started a Tributory thread. I thought the sentiment was deserved here as well. Rather than reword, here is his message.
I've heard that Rael has left chess.com, and with that in mind, I thought of starting a thread to say farewell to Rael, just in case he ever logs in he would see the well wishes that people had to express.
So, Rael, best wishes in all of your endeavors and adventures. You insight and wit will be missed by many and thought of often.
Darn, goodbye Rael. I hope you actually get a social life, kidding!

Thanks for nudging us when you did and sharing when you needed. Sorry about how too often enough bad happens on the edges of good to taint the whole experience.
I hope you find a more apt place for your expression and sampling. Don't forget us. Caw out to some of us birds-of-a-feather when you find another flock.
