    Hello,

It's pleasure to join this community, I hope that it will improve my chess skill. I'm beginner. I just started few months before and now I fell that I dont know how to continue with improvement. I'm looking for the most effective way how to become good chess player.  I have few questions:

    1) Tactical training I know that recognizing tactical patter is one of most important part of chess skill, but I still don't know how effectively train it. I did a thousands of tactical problems and at first I felt strong improve, but now not. I have account on ChessTempo.com http://chesstempo.com/chess-statistics/blackjokercz and on CTS. How should I train it? How much time a day? How many problems? How do you train it? I read that I should more focus on the solution, than on solving, aren't I? That, when I can't solve it in 5min I should give it up and look at the solution.
    2) Openings? I read many times that beginners should not focus on openings, but how to play against of for example Sicilian, French, when I don't know anything about it? And I like playing blitz games and there I need some opening. What opening is good to start with?
    3) What are another things which can help me? I'm playing a lot since I've started I played thousands of games (any long, online, OTB, etc.). I started go through a games of GM (whose games are go to do that?). What else I can do?

    ChessTempo.com rating about 1630 (standard)
    Chesscube.com rating about 1445

    Thanks for helping me improve
