Unfortunately, while this position is indeed drawn (the material is about equal), trying to do so in this flash way doesn't work. When you have a desperado piece like this, you have to make sure it cannot be taken in a way that lifts the stalemate. What that means in this position is that White is happy for the black king to take the rook, but not for the black queen to take the rook, because then the white king would have some safe squares. So: 1. Rd8+ Kxd8 2. Rd7+ Kc8 3. Rc7+ Kb8 4. Rc8+ (4. Rb7+ Qxb7) 4. ...Ka7 5. Rc7+ (5. Ra8+ Qxa8) 5. ...Kb6 and White is stuffed because after a rook check the queen captures.
