IN THE ABOVE GAME AFTER 8.Bc4 if black continues to play without taking e4 pawn and without moving kingside pieces then black is one pawn up (ie if it moves Qc7 or Nbd7)what would be white's continuation with one pawn down.

This very nice, but I would question giving your b2 pawn and blocking your d2 pawn with the bishop. That may work with beginners but the u get slap with betters players with that.
