what does the name even MEAN
It's slang for something that I don't know if I can even mention explicitly (thus the need for a colloquialism). Do a search on the web for "420" and you'll be surprised at how common it is. There are many theories as to where the term "420" came from (some say that it's the police code for possession of a certain green substance). But as an application, 4:20 is the designated time for a very special smoke break. On April 20th, it's obviously 4/20 all day. With all the time zones tho, it's actually 4:20 44 times a day (you'd be surpised how many time zones are off by a half hour or 15 minutes)!! Well, I'm about to go spark one up as it's almost 4:20 in Australia.
i wish i wasn't at work 4:20 pm so i could spark one billium. but i ask where's fourtwenty for i have none myself. :(
