I'm a little lost here as well. How come these games take two and three days. Also where can I find the chess notation explained, I've been away from the game for a long while and don't remember.

well you have choices on the games live games or online games . chess notation might be easy just to google it . welcome back to the chess world.

well i agree on the comunication void, however that maybe due to several different issues , give it a little time participate where you can , oh by the way i responded too you , so things are a changing , not sure if the moderators check this forum page for new postings .

Yes it really seems somehow dead. I'm trying to make a beginner series for all those interested (from a beginner, important => from a beginners eyes) starting at tactics. I've posted it in this forum as well (or visit my profile).

Or maybe we need a new group which is more updated with active members?
