The instructions came from our kabayan dalf at Team Philippines Forum, and I just want to share it here in our forum para madali

... wherein when we are the HOME team, Board 1 and 3 players will send the CHALLENGE (with WHITE pieces) to ther respective opponents

... and when we are the AWAYteam, Board 2 and 4 players will send the CHALLENGE (with WHITE  pieces) to their respective opponents.

to start ... in the MY HOME page displayed ... POINTto the MEMBERS icon in the TOP BAR ... and CLICK the SEARCH MEMBERS button

then, in the MEMBERS page displayed ... FILL-UP the NAME box = (Opponent’s Name) ... then CLICK the SEARCH button

then, in the CHESS.COM MEMBERS page displayed ... LOOK for yourOpponent’s Avatar ... and CLICK the CHALLENGE icon at the right-side column (2^nd Line) of Opponent’s Avatar Display

then, in the CREATE A NEW GAME – ONLINE CHESS page displayed ... FILL-UP the GAME NAME= RP Chess League D-G.B

where :  

D = the Division No. you will play in (either 1,2,3, or 4)

G = Game No. you will play (either 1,2, ... up to 15) 

B = Board No. you are assigned in the game (either 1 or 3, when we are HOME team, 2 or 4 when we are AWAY team) 

... then BROWSE the TIME PER MOVE box ... CLICK on 1,2,3 or 5 days (max 5 days for RP CHESS LEAGUE)

... then CLICK the SHOW MORE ADVANCED OPTIONS button … and BROWSE the I PLAY AS box … and CLICK on RANDOM COLOR, WHITE , or BLACK (WHITE for RP CHESS LEAGUE players)

... then UNCHECK the AUTOMATICALLY START MY GAME IF SIMILAR SEEK IS FOUND box

... and then CLICK the CREATE NEW GAME button

... and the CHALLENGE has been sent.

For Round 1 we are AWAY

Board 1 and 3,  wait for the challenge of our opponent.

Board 2 and 4, you can go ahead and issue challenge to your opponent as White.
