Suggestion from Yosi:

At the current time, to play with your team members in Live Chess, you will need to add them all as friends. Once you are in Live Chess, you should be able to challenge your friends from the 'Friends' tab. You will only see your friends that are currently online and in Live Chess at the same time as you. At present member created live tournaments aren't available, but they are something we are currently working on. :)
