Hi everyone!
Can someone give me some advice for the future how to play against 4. e3? (I just played Nxe5 and then he played Nc3 so I played d6 because I think my opponent look at a chess database and pick the "best move" with the highest percentage to win). I wonder if there could be any good moves to surprise a future player if he chose to play e3?

I have similar issues - and 4.e3 is a grandmaster favourite. I will need to go back to books to give you a good answer.
In the following game one of my opponents showed how you should play this with black. White plays for d5 with Nh3 - f4 so black needs to make sure he always has c6 to kick back the knights.

Thx polleke I have a look at your game and also hope you find something in your books.
