    I would like to hear if you are interested in chess960 and how often do you play..

    Personally,i am not so excited with 960 as i am with regular chess but i always like new challenges :p

    Furthermore,tell me if you want chess 960 team matches.

    I like it too.
    I played already a few matches with good results.
    Yes, it is not the main thing, but together with the other games it is quite useful to to open the mind and expand its focus.

    I would like to play matches with few players and a long move time.

    960 is not so familiar to most of us but this is a benefit for me.

    It's a new adventure in chess with Cool lot of prospects

    I find chess960 interesting because they are not opening books or DB and you must play from the very begining applying the principles.

    I.ex. In classical chess we know that the weak points are f2/f7 and after castling switches depending on where he has castled. And the idea of playing forward our bishops or fianchetto them behind pawns. But what to do in chess960? Each position is different and must decide which pawn structure to adopt and where to place the bishops. And the rooks might have an active rol from the very begining.

    And the concept of gambit play? We might know several gambits from theory but in chess960 you must invent the gambits. Creative task indeed.

    My approach is dual.

    In some cases i try to develop my pieces as similar in classical chess as possible.

    OTOH i try to invent my own strategies..
