Hi, time to wake the dead ! here is my game against JimmyNZ
first of all when do you think that the opening stage has finish and when did the endgame has started on this game ?

I believe it started right ater you castled. It was a pretty rapid transition because he attacked hard and fast. Afterwards, it looked like you had it kco, but JimmyNZ did 53...Rxh3+ and that is what outdid your won position. The mistake was moving your King to h2. I think that you could swap your Rook for his Bishop, stack your Pawns, to protect that vital Bishop that it keeping you just out of reach from checkmate.

Thank you, so you think the opening finish around move 12 ? that what I thought too.  So far so good.

You could have gained a passed pawn on move 25 with e5!  Your B threatens the N on h7 and when he moves it , you move e6! attacking his B and giving yourself the passed pawn.

You almost won.  You had the upper hand right through until move 53.
