Manga or Anime?

Which do you prefer when comes to getting your latest Naruto kick? I do love watching the anime if there are heaps of episodes that I haven't seen yet, but the story seems to go a little to slow (sometimes a good thing as it's building up the foundation, etc. for some great encounters). The manga's fun when you want a big dose quickly, but I find the action sequences hard to follow. What do you guys do?

i like both alot, but the episodes are a bit diffrent than the manga. The episodes cut out some stuff from the manga, and it has fillers. The manga doesn't have fillers but isn't as descriptive. You should do both so you don't miss out on anything.

gordonhuan has a good point. I personally prefer the manga, because everything in it is absolutely whats true and what happened. Stuff in the anime can be not stuff that actually happened, and is loaded with fillers that are not too impressive in my opinion. In all 3 manga I read (Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach) to me it seems that the fights are hard to follow in the manga and not as intense as they could/should be. So I prefer the anime for watching all of the best fights. But overall I like the manga better because its farther along and the story moves quicker.

I don't really understand why they have so many fillers in the anime when they already have so much material to work with from the manga. I mean, look at how far ahead the manga is compared to anime. Surely, they don't need any of these fillers.

I'm guessing the 85 episode filler arc was any anime's worst nightmare, so their just trying to avoid that happening again. I agree it seems like the distance between the 2 now is far enough away, but I guess filler episodes are better than one episode a month to space it out. By the way......is it just me or does Bleach seem like its EXTREMELY close to the anime catching up with the manga?
