AS of now, most of you know about the NCFP Age Group which began yesterday by 330 at the Kaban ng Hiyas, Mandaluyong City Hall. As of this posting, 3rd round games are being played and I have not heard news whether the organizers have decided on the number of rounds the tournament will have, 5 or 7? imagine that?

Anyways, I wasn't in chess when Philippine Chess Society did their thing and actually set the standards for tournament organizing in the Philippines but everyone I asked would tell me they really did a great job.....
