    Hello all!  I hope everyone is doing well.  The recent catastrophe in the Gulf of Mexico has me really in doubt as far as the efficacy of our government (USA) to really enforce environmental rules in place to protect our oceans and wildlife.  (Of course one could debate the efficacy of present day environmental legislation.)  Corruption and complacency seem to be the culprits.  What can we do? Are we at the mercy of the big oil companies like Chevron and Conoco Phillips?  I'll call and write my representatives to give them an ear full.

    The situation strikes home considering I'm a big time fishing and snorkeling fan way back when in the Florida Keys.
