Jokes aside, it's the fastest RAM I've ever seen. Over twice the frequency and 4 times the transfer bandwidth I have. Are you thinking about it for your beast?

It's the fastest RAM I've ever seen, too. Eighteen months ago they were testing 2500MHz RAM and heaping "dry ice" on top (Carbon Dioxide/ solid state). Now you can buy 2600MHz kits for home builds! things are really racing on apace.

I think my present build cannot usefully be upgraded any further. Maybe next build I'll get some crazy stuff like this.

Right now the record stands at 3600MHz on liquid nitrogen. I'm guessing that in a few years, we will have similar frequencies with regular air cooling and by 2020 it will be pretty much average if not entry-level.
