Hi members
I see this is one of the smaller groups.
I've joined cos i love playing Nf3. Thought i'd just post a couple of traps to get things started off. You might already know them but its a nice reminder and it may fill the forum out abit more :)
Let me know what you think.
Thanks
Trick 2
Trick 3,
Not so much a trick because the position os even after this but it stops black from castling, which isn't a bad thing
Trick 4
Mebeme
awesome! i actually played trick 2!

this opening is very noobish, you sacrifice position for a pawn.

some interesting tricks I need to keep in mind. Thanks for the tips.
I'm curious on trick 4 would Ne5 be even better than Nd4? The rook still can't be protected as far as I can see and you don't necessarily give up the knight.
Hi,
I often thought that but...
After Ne5 black can play Nd5 protecting the Rook. However after Nd4 if black plays Ne5 then white can recapture the 'b' pawn with the Knight and still have pressure on the 'c' pawn with the Queen
Hope that makes sense.
Ahh I missed Nd5. Thank you.
