Rules of "WE ARE ADMIN"

IN GENERAL

WE ARE ADMIN Group is my personal experimental group where everyone who join becomes an admin of the group. While I hold the power to set up rules that controls the group, I let all admins to send-receive challenge to team matches and team vote chess.

Right, every single person who joins WE ARE ADMIN becomes an admin. Super admins will try to update your status as soon as possible, so please be patient. If you believe that we overlooked your name please contact one of the supers.

Important things that members must not do are;
(1) Disrespect me!!
(2) Change group's name.
(3) Change group's theme.
(4) Talk about politics
(5) Any other things that are against Chess.com rules.

TEAM MATCHES

** All matches must be reported to Clementimuzio IMMEDIATELY by the initiating admin after sending-receiving a challenge. Failure to do so will cause the match to be cancelled. To contact him either leave a note or message.

In creating matches please consider the readiness of our group as the first priority.

Sending Challange;

Team match against a group that has at least 2 times more members than us must be controlled by rating as one of the followings;

(<1400), (1400-1900) and (>1800)

Team match against other kinds of group must be in open rated. (no Min. / Max.)

You can create team matches at will under the above rules.

Receiving Challenge;

You CAN NOT receive matches from a group that has at least 2 times more members than us. Challenge from any other group can be freely accepted. Please do not forget to report the match you receive.

Cancelling Matches

Only super admins can cancel a match.

 TEAM VOTE CHESS

Vote chess with time control at 2 days per move or more can be created at will. Vote chess with less timing are NOT allowed.

If you see vote chess under 2 days per move being created, you should abort it as soon as possible. Only super admin can abort other vote chess.

TEAM TOURNAMENT

If you want to bring WE ARE ADMIN into a team trounament you must contact me first and I'll discuss with you personally.

I  am joining some team matches and vote chess only due to over work, I never create a game on behalf of WAA, so....., but the guide line will be helpful if I want to create some matches, personally I like to work in a free situation and yet to face many complain from creator super admin/ other super admin. But for less/huge  experienced admin may follow it and develop him fast as a real effective Admin and can serve for any team. Wish a bright future for all admin. Thanks all.
