If you could change a rule in football what would it be?

there should be a rule that involves videos checkin if a penalty is a penalty ... so no wrong penalties given and all true penalties are given ...

1. stupid refs to be sacked
2. if a ref makes wrong decision... he should get banned for 3 matches
3. divers sent off the 1st time they do it
4. everytime someone bad tackles ronaldo on purpose... they should be sent off!

ok ... here goes ... my rules for MY football

1. NO OLD REFS ... (they dont seem 2 have the brains for good decisions) LOL
2. zero tollerence for bad players (divers,bad tacklers, gobby mouths etc)
3. instead of 11 players, i would have 12, an exra striker
4. i would change the tops they wear to like basketball tops :) (so to see the muscles) lol...
5. NO russian billionaires allowed to buy the club (as not fair, they have 2 much money)
6. all managers NOT allowed to wear suits (they have 2 wear the kit) LOL...

7 .when it down 2 penalties ... ANYONE in the squad cld take them (not just the players on the pitch, but players on bench aswell.
