Here's a sample award certificate that I make for winners of my 100+ player tournaments:

I will snail mail the certificate to the winner at no charge if the winner is in North America, or in a location where I can cost-effectively mail it. If mailing the certificate is not practical, I plan to email a PDF version instead.
