So we have to agree on the starting time?

Now that Genius is not in it, that shouldn't be a problem.  Saturday at Noon (GMT) seems to be the best default time.  If that doesn't work for you, you can use it as a starting point for your negotiations.

Actually it doesn't matter which team challenges which team, as long as the game gets played when they agree on playing.  I try not to make too many "little" rules like that, cuz we're all here to have fun, and I don't want to get caught up in petty details.  So whatever works for you, works for me.
