White goes first, then green, then black, and then red. When you checkmate a king you can either take control of the army (beware: if one of the kings is checkmated or if both are attacked in one turn, you are out completely. Also if you do this, you do not receive double turns.) or if are not a risk taker, you may leave the pieces inert (that means they do nothing). Post your move using algebraic notation. The first post (this one) will have a move list and a picture of the board. Every time I see a new post, I will update the picture of the board and turn it so that the side who's turn it is comes up in front. Make sure you track this topic so that you know when it is your move. As soon as you join the game post something so that I know. The game will begin as soon as we have 4 people ready to go. Have fun!Smile

Players:

White: Lahlie (resigned)

2. Nf3 l10 Bxa6 Kxa6

That is an illegal move. Pay attention to the coordinates. They can get to be somewhat confusing on a 4-way board.

Oh! Good observation! Turns out I let Lahlie get away with a move while he was in check! Lahlie you get back here and play something else!

Lesson: Queen's Pawn opening is bad for 4 way chess.
