this looks like it will be a very interesting group for me. I play the Stonewall Attack for white, and the Dutch Stonewall for black against c4 and d4. I get into the Dutch by 1...d5 instead of 1...f5 to avoid a lot of the gambit lines. I have not seen this move order. Does anybody else play it this way? I'd like to see some GM games.

thanks linksspringer.very interesting. i probably should look at some of carlsson's games.
I would like to see more of the anti-stonewall, especially how to handle black playing .....11.Ne4, after white has moved his knight from d2 where if protects against .....Ne4
This seems to even things out for black, and its a move that I dread...lol
Im just learning to be flexible with the stonewall in the last few months, it really is a great opening that can transpose easily to an excellent queenside attack. Ive won as many games with a queenside attack as with with the main line.
No problem, I definitely appreciate what youve done already!!, ....and look forward to any new insight that you provide.

What about this idea (borrowed from the adv.variation of the Caro-kann). I wouldnt be surprised to see a player like Morozevich lash out with a move like this.
The "Baltic defense"
1.d4 d5 2. e3 Bf5 3.g4!?
Very aggressive way of meeting the baltic defense. I could only find 6 games with this move within an online database. 3 wins for white 2 for black and 1 draw. White plays aggressively with a space advantage.
how would u attack against the Benoni with the Stonewall?
