OK so here is the plan.
I am aiming for 8 teams for each group. Of course if more teams are interested then I can extend it to suit.
Group 1 = <150 members
Group 2 = 150-300 members
Group 3 = 300-600 members
Group 4 = 600 - 900 members
Group 5 = 900 - 1200 members
Group 6 = 1200+ members
=========================================================================
All matches 3 days per move.
If a match is not completed I will take the result after 90 days. A team that is winning at that point will go to the next round.
I aim to start in say 2-3 weeks time to give teams a chance to sign up.
1 team + 2 admins in this group = registration.
RULES
I aim for this competition to be as fair as possible.
I also want no "in house fighting" in the threads - I shall create a forum for any match problems so PLEASE post it in there.
I ONLY want teams who are serious about joining. I am going to be spending a lot of time divising this so the last thing I want is late challenges, no links, missing admins etc etc.
If the dates are NOT honoured and adhered to then you will lose by forfeit.
ALSO any team that remove players from their rosters (this WILL need to be shown to be happening) will be disqualified. The whole point of signing up is to give teams a fair chance of winning.
Any questions?
Donna :)

National sides or just groups?
Any team can join whether national or not
Group 1 = <149 membersGroup 2 = 150-299 membersGroup 3 = 300-599 membersGroup 4 = 600 - 899 membersGroup 5 = 900 - 1999 membersGroup 6 = 1200+ members
Should group 5 not mean 900-1199?
True

I don't understand. Is this part of the World League tournament or a separate entity?
I believe this is a separate event!
Yes this is completely separate I am just advertising this in as many groups as possible so that people know about it :)
unu
You should specify it clearly in the first post. :)
I believe that the title "Summer KO Tourney" meaning Summer Knock Out Tournament says that doesn't it?
Ofcourse it does, and I understood it(don't get me wrong), but it seems people need a more explicit description regarding this, otherwise there would not be any questions at all.
Well many people have quizzed me in other posts I have made about this. It is in peoples natures to question :)
@Victor I don't believe 1 player makes any difference does it
Na
lol ;)

I think Team USA Southeast can line up a team in Group 3. I'll get an Admin to help me manage this.
Thank you.
For any teams wishing to sign up please do join the group and register in this thread:
