Mirrors reflect arrows.  For example, if I put a ^ right here, it bounces off that mirror and comes back to me.  Mirrors are typed with underscores (_).

One-way mirrors are when if you point at it in one direction, it reflects back, and when you point at it from the other direction, it goes right through.  For the one way mirror up, when the arrow is pointing up, it goes through the mirror, and when the arrow points down, it gets reflected.  The same thing for the one way mirror down, only it's the opposite.

Spikes detroy an effect.  It can also hold up falling spikes.  However, it cannot hold anything larger.

Water can hold up effects.  It can also hold up shattered mirrors, falling spikes, water droplets, and falling flames.  Anything larger will sink through it.  A pumpkin that is on fire can have its fire put out using water (and it will turn back into a normal pumpkin).

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Fire

Fire can destroy an effect instantly.  It can also burn shattered glass, falling spikes, water droplets, and falling blocks of lead.  It does not affect falling bricks.  It can also destroy the giant pumpkin.  The fire can set the pumpkin on fire, but the pumpkin will still have to fall through 5 more posts (not including the post containing the fire) before it can burn away completely.

The wall absorbs whatever hits it.  The effect simply disappears.  Walls are written with a ▓.

Blocks of lead are the strongest type of defense and can block gamma rays and double gamma rays completely.  They can also block words or arrows by other people.  Blocks of lead are written with a █.

Gravity Changers effect whatever hits them.  When something hits a gravity changer, only that effect/object changes gravity and goes in that direction.  When it hits the "all directions" gravity changer, it explodes in all directions.  When it hits a "no gravity" gravity changer, it keeps its momentum until it bumps into a wall or mirror (in which it flies off in a random direction).

The opposite machine opposites the text.  For example, if I put a ^ here, the it goes through the opposite machine and comes out the other side, but the effect is opposite.  Opposite machines are written with a -.

The double machine doubles the effect.  If I put a ^ here, it goes through the double machine and comes out the other side, but the effect is doubled.  Double machines are written with a =.

The triple machine is like the double machine.  It triples the effect.  The triple machine is written with a ≡.

When an arrow points at a teleporter, the effect gets "teleported" to another teleporter in the same comment.  Teleporters are written with a [...].

 

Falling/Destroying Objects:

v *drops giant pumpkin*

When you drop a giant pumpkin, the rest of the comments on that page gets "crushed".  The giant pumpkin smashes through mirrors, double machines, triple machines,  opposite machines, one-way mirrors, teleporters, gravity machines, and blocks of lead.  You can avoid it by shifting your text over. (gravity changers can also shift text over.)  The only way to destroy it is to use fire (see above).

 

-/_<-_._\'|:\_-._/ shattered mirror

The shattered mirror makes the next post "bleed" unless stopped by another mirror, spikes, wall, or block of lead.  You can also use teleporters, gravity changers, or shift your text over to dodge it and let it fall to the next post.

 

\/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ falling spikes

Falling spikes will also make the next post "bleed" unless stopped by a wall of spikes, brick wall, or block of lead.

Falling flames will burn through mirrors, spikes, walls, and lead.  Machines in its way will burn, too.  It cannot be stopped.

Drops of water will cause the next poster to "drown".  The only way to stop it is with water. (If it is blocked by something, it will drip off the side.)  Water can put out fire, and machines in its way will stop working once water gets through.

Falling bricks are like shattered mirrors.  However, falling bricks will smash through mirrors.  Any mirror that gets in its way will become shattered mirrors.  You can use a wall or block of lead to hold up these bricks.  These bricks can also smash through teleporters and gravity changers, although you can still dodge it.

█ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ falling lead blocks

These falling blocks of lead can smash through walls.  They can be blocked with a block of lead.

 

~-~-~-~-~-~-~gamma rays

Gamma rays are harmful to the next post.  They penetrate walls, machines, teleporters, and gravity changers, but they can be stopped by mirrors.

 

~=~=~=~=~=~=~double gamma rays

These rays are even more harmful and cannot be blocked by a mirror.  You will need a block of lead to block it.

 

≈≡≈≡≈≡≈≡≈≡≈≡≈triple gamma rays

These rays are more powerful than double gamma rays and cannot be blocked by anything.  Not even a block of lead.

 

≈≡≈≡≈≡≈≡≈≡≈≡≈quadruple gamma rays

Quadruple gamma rays will penetrate anything.  In addition, any machine (opposite, double, triple, teleporter, etc.) will be destroyed when it gets in their path.  In addition, any mirror in its way will become shattered mirrors.  Any spikes in its way will become falling spikes.  Any brick walls in its way will become falling bricks.  Any blocks of lead in its way will become falling lead blocks.
