In another group I found this post (thanks to mab23) with 4 easy ches vote rules:

1) Ask all team members to turn on tracking in the comments section.

2) NO vote should be made that was not discussed in the comments. If somebody likes a move, let them post and explain why.

3) Wait for the stronger players to evaluate candidate moves before voting.

4) After voting, every member should post the vote count, so that members who have not yet voted can see the situation.

I'd like to put in a fifth:

5) Make us all happy and winning by following the four above...

Hey on utube can u look up "How Kids Really React to Stuff part 1" please my 5 year old friend made a video-Sorry about asking this but please just watch it-it is her first time and she is really excited about it!
