I saw this in the Chess.com forums. Thought I would try it here at GrayMatter.

Post you top five list here. Can be anything. Chess related or other stuff. Could be favorite books, authors, music, musicians, actors, movies, tv shows, chess players, countries, theme parks, jobs, sports........the list is endless. Which is kinda why I would like to try this. You can post as many as you want. Whenever you want. Maybe your caught up with all your games, come here and post a list or comment on another's list. Could be fun.

    Thanks!!

My first top five. Since we are all chess players, my top five favorite chess players of all time.

     1. Bobby Fischer (the player, not the man he would become)

    2. Garry Kasporov (I think he may be the greatest of all time)

    3. Paul Keres

    4. Sammy Reshevsky

    5. Boris Spassky

A trip to the bookstore for me.

Actually next Saturday my wife and I head to the Twin Cities for a little shopping. I always try to hit a Barnes and Noble when there. See what I can find. B Dalton is all we have here and not much in the way of chess.

I like the bible lists alot.  Will check them out tonight in fact. Am a christian myself and like many christians ( I hope I'm wrong ) ) I need to dust off my bible. The one verse I can remember is John 11:35 as it is the shortest verse in the bible.

    Only one I could remember.
