hi everybody, I found this game

and I just want you tell me where was the white's mistake?  in the meaning Im not a good player but I found white played so well than I cant understand why he lost (before the pawn structure or the bad bishop)

I want you reply focused in the middle game. I feel a bad defense in the king side, but where would you improve?

11...h6? I do not like it! Maybe, better 11... Qe7, or 11.Ne5.In either way black have to mobilise the Pieces, instead of making new weaknesses!

     What you think about?

excuse me Greg, 11. Ne5 is not possible,
