alot of my oppenents use the two two knights defense opening. what is the best way to defend and/or attack it?

On move four, your two options are Ng5 or d4.

Black the Italian Game instead to totally avoid this or you will be bored to death.

3...Bc5.

Oh right the defense... well quit playing the two knights lol.  Yeah... look at the Halloween Gambit... just remember you have to play d6 at some point.
