Was wondering since there is a world league , is there a US(state competions) league...I know we compete periodically against certain states but was wondering if there was any organized tournament similar to the world league.

not at the moment, but I do think it's a good idea. Just need somebody to organize it. 

what do you think would really be required to organize? 

Contacting all the teams that it would be relevant to.

Creating a format.

I would like to say that I'd be willing to organize such a thing...Ican't imagine it would be that time consuming once the groundwork was laid.
