I suggest especially all new members in our vote chess team to have a look at what has come to be our vote chess guidelines, which have served us well in our vote chess matches so far:

READ the team comments.

WRITE your move suggestions, ideas and analysis contributions to the Team Comments. Help us to find out together what our best move can be.

WAIT with casting your vote. Until 8 hours before the end of the voting time, or at the very least until the team has found a strong consensus on which move to make.

VOTE TOGETHER for the single move that our team has agreed upon. Or in some cases, vote among the several moves that our team has decided to put to a voting decision.

TICK "Notify me of new comments" so you can follow the discussion easily.

Yes, That's the idea, wait with voting till we have the strongest move, so suggest first and come back later say at least 2hrs before voting closing time! We do that for a long time on of the other teams, and that goes rather good. Also you learn from eachother! Chess-Regards, Paul
