There's a serious lack of discussion on votechess games. One of them, I even warned about a dubious line one game and we played straight into it with no regard for a serious and inescapable threat. Since team matches are individual games, and members aren't communicating or actively discussing chess (at least in the games going on), there's no reason to have a group if people are going to just move and not speak how they always do.

We must make comments before voting so that the other players can see what is the best move and do not vote until we got a consensus about the best move!Imagine that one of us discover a very good move. If most part of players had voted before, that idea isimpossible to follow and will be lost!Vote only when we have consensus and keep yor vote until 4 hours (+,-) before the Time Limit!
