I'm Billium.  I created the group, so I'm the only member so far.  Hopefully that won't be the case for long.

I am Dan. Member here since January. I used to be at instantchess.com for 10 years, but I find it much more friendly here (although instant's speed(live) chess engine is far superior)

I like the King's Gambit and queen's gambit as white. As black, I like Indian defenses, Budapest gambit, and ruy lopez.

My name is Daniel, I live in Andalucia (South of Spain). I´m 24 and I´m studying Bussiness Administration. I´ve been playing chess since i was 12. I stopped playing at 17 and i started playing again two years ago.

I almost always play Reti as white, as black against e4 always French and against any other thing Nf6. I really like indian defenses and sometimes i play benoni/Volga or the poisoned pawn of the Winawer just to have fun.

I love this site, lots of players, tournaments, puzzles. the best site i´ve found so far on the internet

I agree with LLordLlama about what he says about certain kind of religious people ( I´m atheist/Pastafarian).

and there isn´t much more to say. I love reading (whatever falls between my hands, Gaiman, Pratchett, P.K.Dick, Lovecraft...),  cooking, and listening to the music.

Hi, I'm Ray_D.  I was getting to be a good chessplayer, then I got married and had to be a responsible husband and dad, so I stopped playing chess for a time.  Bummer.  If I were a bachelor I might be a master by now.  I'd also be pretty lonely.

But the good news is, now I have three kids who are interested in chess.  My oldest son is Josh_D on this site.  So now I am getting back into playing in local tournaments, as well as on this site.

I am Wibee, I love chess, I'm not good at it but hope to be better, I joined the dark knights because of the dark knight (Batman rules) and the movie, loved it, especially Heath RIP, it's actually his movie hehe, and I also joined because of the knight, to me it's the most misterious piece in chess hehe.

 Hallo  My name is Dino  I play chess for my whole live, but It really startet let`s say before a year since than I work on improving, although I almost always don`t got enough patience for corresponce chess(tun based or how you call it?), I like it much.  I am 18 years old and I am going still to school but there are only a few months stayed... then I am planning to study.

To my chessstyle: against e4 I play the french defense,  against d4 I use Indians when it works I like Nimzoindian... but here I am still searching for my system..  I am playing sometimes a dutch Stonewall... as white I play both e4 and d4...

Hi í'm Dana and i've been playing chess since i was 3 but still havn't improved much. in my family we have a few chess playings and one of them somehow plays mind chess. Mind chess is chess but you have to imagen it and speeck in things like pawn to e3. I can't play mind chess but hopefully one day i might.

Dana, I can't play "Mind Chess" either.  I saw Ted Danson telling his kids to do that in Knights of the South Bronx, and I thought, "No way am I able to do that.  I still need my analysis board."
