Excellent!  Oh yeah, we can also have "Vote Chess" matches against other teams (everyone who wants to, kind of like in the Senate , votes on a move to play against the opposing team).  Less energy/time intensive than group on group throwdowns (where everyone who wants to participate pairs up against a similarly rated player from the other "gang").

I think you can jump into the vote-chess matches at any time (whether you're in from the beginning or not) though I'm not 100% sure, try and let me know.

Not sure about the Olympiad games.  Let me know if you find out.
