Soul eater is going pretty awesome as well.. its the 2nd best 'high quality' anime.. behind final fantasy ofcourse...

One Piece is my favorite at the moment, but Soul Eater is just getting better and better, both the manga and anime.

Samurai Champloo

I higly recommend Samurai Champloo, it has a great story and is only 26 episodes long.
