I am using Fritz 11 (which will arrive in about a week) and Chessmaster 10.

What is the Circle of Trust group idea?

I use Hiarcs 12.1 MP (MultiProcessor) on a Macintosh with Intel Duo Core with estimated Elo of 2920.

I would enjoy playing AC games unrated as well as non-AC games that are rated so I probably won't change my profile.

I've got rybka 2.2n2, gonna work my way through some of the other free engines to see how they match up and for some veriety, seeing as we have some of the bigger boys covered although no Rybka 3? Maybe for Christmas?

Is Rybka 2.3.2 free and if so where? www.rybkachess.com doesn't seem to offer it.

For commercial apps, I've got Fritz 11 and Deep Rybka 4.1. I'm currently running this tournament:

Why did you turn ponder off for the match? to lessen Houdini's advantage?

I saw that, my question is "why"?

Heh. Missed that little word "why". So each engine gets the FULL use of each of the 4 cores, plus it seems to be the de facto standard among *most* of the computer chess enthusiasts.

The tournament has been restarted with longer time controls, Deep Rybka SSE42, a better opening book w/ fewer moves allowed (10 vs. 12).
