What's "abuse"? And why 4.5 pts adjustment? 

Accounts that are closed by chess.com due to abuse are also included in the adjustments.  This is usually related to violations to the terms of service.

We have 2 account closed in this game. They were 2-0 and 0.5-1.5. Why do we give back 4.5 pts?

I think some matches of the World league 2012 haven't had the correction for penalties updated... for example, the match Serbia X Azerbaijan still gives the victory to Serbia (correction 13,5 x -13.5), and in my calculation the correction should be 7.5 x -7.5... with the victory of Azerbaijan...

Please note that the standings are about 2 months old and do not include all match results or adjustments since that point in time.  I'll be updating the standings again around the end of Feb in preparation for setting the divisions for the 2013 season.

I can tell you that the current score including all adjustments in the Serbia/Azerbaijan match is 73.5:68.5 in favour of Serbia.  Please send me a private message if you have any specific questions on that match.
