Hey all. So now that erik made it so we can play 960 on team matches, will the World League venture into it?

I would really like to see that happen.

lol, well still pretty soon to prepare a complex tournament as this one with that new feature... but I am sure that for the future... there will be something like that...

We could eventually have four World Leagues-team matches, vote matches, team chess960 matches, and vote chess960 matches!

Seriously, I'd like to see a World League for vote chess even more than I'd like to see a World League for Chess960.

I support the idea of world league for chess 960. If you guys don't organize it, I will.

2 years down the line it looks like this has been dead for a bit ...

now we have a chance to recover it... I think chess.com is now ready to accept new interesting tournament

Team Nigeria will love to participate in the World League Chess960 Tournament! if it takes off.

It would be nice to launch it same time as the Official WL normal league.

So if we can get sign up by the same teams in the WL then we can use the same Divisons set up  as a starting point for chess960.

we should considering different autonomous setup, at least for first year 2012, possibly with swiss system for all Teams

and of course my vision is that Division distribution 2013 year will be depending on results 960 chess, no relation to existing World League results and standings

Do we have the man power to make it a stand alone team to take on this new work!?
