Well, I would make him move first and then have hime submit the draw offer.  I think it is a reasonable offer by the way.  Your P's are all on Black squares and I don't think his Bishop will be locked out forever.  I think you do have slight winning chances but I think it's hard to work through.

It's not very good form to ask for help with games in progress.

I'm not asking for help, simply if you think I should accept the draw offer. I don't think I should but if I'm being unreasonable by doing so I'll accept the draw. I just wanted you opinion on that. That's all I asked.

I would not exchange rooks and keep your king near your pasted pawns. play for the win. the game will get easier as you advance your pasted pawns. If your still not sure. Get rid of his pawns or double them by sacrificing your pawn and exchange rooks to play for a draw. I would play on. This game has alot of life left. If you lose you can blame it on me. Enjoy Edwin
